A1. Sell your goods at GLAMPOT when:
- You need wardrobe space for all your latest buys
- Your impulse buy was a mistake
- You are bored with your bags
- You want to turn the goods into cash
- Your goods no longer suit your lifestyle
Q2. How long will my goods be displayed?
A2. For 120 days.
Q3. What happens if goods are unsold after 120 days?
A3. GLAMPOT will notify seller for collection or extension of display duration at the discretion of GLAMPOT.
Q4. How much can I sell my goods for?

Q5. How much do I pay GLAMPOT for displaying and selling my goods?
A5a. GLAMPOT display your goods for FREE. We make the difference after seller states lowest take back value.
Q6. When do I get paid after my goods are sold?
A6. Glampot will issue payment to seller by cheque by the 10th of every month for goods sold before the 25th of the previous month.
By buyer:
Q1. How do I know if the goods are genuine?
A1a. GLAMPOT will ensure authenticity of goods before displaying on its shelves through brand expertise and market intelligence.
A1b. Buyer can take pictures of goods of interest to confirm authenticity.
A1c. Buyer could also bring friends who own the same authentic goods for comparisons/ verification before purchasing.

Important Note:
Goods left at GLAMPOT are at the risk of the seller as GLAMPOT does not charge any display fee. GLAMPOT will ensure all goods are handled with the best possible care. Thus, GLAMPOT will not be responsible for any lost, damage or theft of the goods.
